WHAT’S SIMON GOT TO SAY
Listen to advice, as you can never stop learning. That is the reason I set Monster Muscle up, to help others achieve the best possible body naturally, by using the correct diet and correct training. I joined Monster Gym in January 2007, then I entered my first natural bodybuilding show.
This did not give me much time to prepare, so I teamed up with Lee Williams from Body Synergy. Lee got me in amazing shape in a short period of time and I finished a respectable 5th out of 15 in my first show. I was under Lee's guidance again in 2008 and as you can see for yourself, he didn’t do a bad job.
