There’s only one way to describe Glen, human sat nav for the body.
He’s got me exactly where I need to go without so much a single wrong turn down the Krispy Kreme aisle.
A total novice to bodybuilding I found myself facing my first comp.
Whilst I knew how to train, diet and was in pretty good condition I didn’t have a clue about the advanced, final stages of competition prep that separate the good from the great.
Through Glen I’ve built the body I’ve always strived for but until now never quite achieved. I’ve learned advanced nutrition (depeletion, superhydration I could go on…) that has left me ripped like Rocky and hitting a phenomenal sub 10% body fat come comp days. But as well as giving advice on my training and re-fining my diet Glen has also taught me how to pose and helped me become a real contender.
I’ve just qualified for the British NPA finals at the end of October. Yes I trained hard and yes I’ve dieted hard but I know for sure without Glens help, advice and endless patience I’d still be striving towards building that body.
I’m determined to do him proud in the NPA finals -  placing first, second or third seems a fitting tribute of thanks to a man who’s given me so much .
